Returning unwanted goods

In the unlikely event that you do wish to return goods that you have purchased from Sleep Beds, please ensure that you keep the original packaging. We can’t accept returns or provide refunds if we don’t receive the original packaging.

Mattresses

We are unable to refund or exchange mattresses or mattress toppers unless they are faulty. This is due to hygiene reasons. If you do wish to return an unwanted mattress that hasn’t been opened, used or damaged, you will incur a collection charge of £60.00. We will deduct this amount from any refund that we process. This is due to the expense linked to transporting such heavy items carefully. For this reason, we encourage you to pay attention to these potential charges before you go ahead and make a purchase.

Returning your goods

Once you have received your goods, you will have 14 working days to decide whether to keep hold of the items you have ordered or to return them to us for a refund or exchange. This meets the legal obligations all online retailers need to make to their customers under the European Directive on distance selling (this is incorporated into UK law by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. These regulations state that our customers have the unconditional right to cancel their orders within 14 working days of delivery without having to provide us with a reason.

If you do decide to return an unwanted bed, you will incur a charge of £60.00. We will deduct this charge from any refund that we process. It is very expensive for us to transport large goods, and this is why we encourage customers to make themselves fully aware of these potential charges before they go ahead and place an order with us.
