Can I return a mattress?
You will only be able to return or exchange a mattress or mattress topper unless it is faulty. This is for hygiene reasons. These items are very large and heavy, which means it is costly for us to transport them safely. The charge will be deducted from any refund that we decide to process. This policy is the same for anyone that wishes to return a bed. Again, a bed is a very large and heavy item, so you will incur a charge of £60.00 if you do decide to return one to us.
