Delivery Information
How your order will be delivered...
Having learned from past experience, we do NOT use mainstream, national couriers for the majority of our items. We are lucky enough to have a specialist furniture Delivery company as a sister company. This means your items are delivered to your house by a team of two trained furniture delivery professionals.
They will deliver your goods to the room of your choice. Their professional delivery teams handle your goods, with great care and attention. It also provides peace of mind for our customers, knowing that professionals will take out the hassle of getting the items to the room(s) where they are needed.
How often do we deliver?...
Deliveries are carried out 7 days a week. We may choose to exclude some bank holidays and public holidays from this schedule.
Our Delivery Process...

Once you have made your order, it is processed by our order management team and sent to our factory floor for production

Your order is manufactured by our skilled craftsmen in our state of the art factory

Your order is then passed onto our in house delivery team

Our delivery team will email and text the date of delivery confirmation

Our delivery team will then email and text a time slot for your delivery on the given date.
- Your order is then delivered by our expert delivery crews to a room of your choice with a 1hr precall prior to delivery
Exceptions to free UK delivery.....
Orders under £100 are not covered under free delivery and will have a delivery charge of £6.95 or £9.95 depending on the item.
Some postcodes within the UK mainland will incur a surcharge. Please ensure you enter your correct delivery postcode during checkout. If there are any queries over your postcode location we will contact you on the telephone number and email address you provide in order to discuss this with you. If your postcode incurs a surcharge we will not dispatch goods until we have spoken with you and organised the additional payment.
Postcodes that will incur a surcharge at our discretion include: AB, CA, DD, DG, EH, G, FK, IP, KA, IV, KA, KY, KW, LL, NR, PA, PH, DT, PL, EX, TR and TQ.
Surcharge Rate for these areas is £40.00 charged at our discretion. Delivery timescale for these areas is within 10-15 Working Days. This just an estimate and it may take longer.
Delivery to Northern Ireland and any Offshore Isles of the UK.....
We do not offer free delivery anywhere off the UK mainland. Therefore we do not deliver to Northern Ireland, or any islands off the coast of the UK mainland free of charge, as they are not covered by our internal delivery service. If you have placed an order to one of these areas there is a charge of £70 to be paid and delivery is to the front of the house only via a pallet delivery company. We will not dispatch goods until we have spoken with you and organised the additional payment. This includes, but is not limited to the following postcodes:

Important Delivery Information....
All deliveries are made to the room of choice in the designated delivery address only. If you reside in an apartment, or a block of flats, the delivery crew will only go as far as the 3rd floor unless there is a lift or automatic way of access to your floor.
Recycling of Items....
We offer the removal of packaging and disposal of old product as an additional service. If you would like to take advantage of this service please speak to one of our Sleep Experts. All goods that are to be disposed or recycled are checked thoroughly by our expert staff. Should they be in good condition following a deep clean, they are to be donated to a number of UK Charities. The charge is limited to one bed set. If you require disposal of more than 1 bed set please enquire in advance. To learn more about our Sleep Silently Scheme, please speak to a Sleep Expert. This service is chargeable.
Assembly of Goods....
We offer product assembly as an additional service. If you would like to take advantage of this service please speak to one of our Sleep Experts to learn about the process and additional cost.
When Accepting your Delivery....
Our Delivery Crews will deliver your goods to the room of choice. If the product is in good order you are required to sign the Delivery Crews Proof of Delivery. If the product is severely damaged please mark Proof of Delivery as “Damaged” and refuse goods. If the damage is minimal and you are willing to accept a compensation amount please sign Proof of Delivery as “Damaged Received”.
Damage in Transit....
If your furniture sustains minor damage during shipping or contains a manufacturer's defect you must inform our Sleep Experts within 24 hours of receiving the goods telephone or email sales@sleepbeds.co.uk
Missing Items....
If any items you have ordered are missing from your delivery, you must inform our Sleep Experts within 24 hours of receiving the goods via telephone or email sales@sleepbeds.co.uk
We Strongly Recommend....
Sometimes situations arise with deliveries being delayed which are beyond our control. Therefore we strongly recommend that you do not dispose of your old bed or mattress until you have received your new items and the new items have been checked for damage.To Prevent Credit Card Fraud....
Sleep Beds (or any of its representatives) reserve the right to refuse or seek confirmation in the form of I.D. from the card holder, for goods to be delivered to a different address other than payment card holder's registered billing address. Please expect to be contacted by our Sleep Experts if you enter a delivery address that is different from the billing address; this is normal practice.
